Shipping Policy
TYPES OF SHIPPING:
Protiumgenerator.com utilizes both ocean transit and air freight for shipping direct from the manufacturer to the United States domestic and Canada.
Domestic includes all contiguous states as well as Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO.
DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery time for ocean shipping is 4-6 weeks. Delivery time for air freight is about two weeks. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from purchase.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
If you need expedited shipping, choose the air freight option. For immediate concerns please contact our Litewater Labs Customer Care team, by calling 1-833-548-3928, or emailing info@drinklitewater.com, Monday - Friday 9-4 PST.
PLEASE NOTE: Our offices are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Federal holidays, which includes our shipping department. We do not ship on these days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please call and/or email before placing international orders!
Shipping times for international shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada, so please be sure to check with Customer Care for shipping estimates. Unfortunately, shipping and customs delays on non U.S. or Canadian international shipments are common and are beyond our control.
Another important note is that all International shipping charges paid do not include duty, taxes, or other fees incurred by the destination country. These added expenses will be at the expense of the customer. To determine tax, duty, VAT, etc., please contact the customs/importation department within your country of origin.
Shipping costs and duty fees are non-refundable.
